Netreo SaaS has been updated with the following changes:

Feature Updates

  • "Validated State" sorting column added to all device selection tables.

Issues Resolved

  • IM-1798 Devices that have not been validated are not being displayed for selection in Assign Devices to Remote Poller/Collector Service Engine pages.
  • IM-1791 Deleting a Tag shows "Error during tag update." in Tag Administration page.
  • IM-1785 Devices that have not been validated are missing in Repoll Devices table.
  • IM-1774 Devices that have not been validated are not being displayed for selection in Category/Site Administration pages.

  • IM-1607 Microsoft 365-based EmailART check produces a "Timed out while trying to poll Mail" error, constantly triggering multiple false incidents.
  • IM-1603 Setting the renotification interval on a service check to a value of "0" to disable renotifications instead causes the value to change to "1440" when the check is saved.
  • IM-1590 Current Outage Report showing 'Email Now' option instead of 'Email & Schedule' option.
  • IM-1529 Netreo failing to receive SNMP traps from Windows devices under certain circumstances.
  • IM-1515 Tomcat device sub-type failing on multiple devices.
  • IM-1514 The selection item "ALL" is missing from pagination options in all device group administration pages.
  • IM-1511 Excessive delay when loading the "Instance" selection drop-down of the Performance Details dashboard widget for a device with a large number of interfaces.
  • IM-1499 Using multiple Top Talker widgets for the same device but using different time periods fail to populate with correct data.
  • IM-1497 Scheduled rediscovery polling for categories fails to discover devices.
  • IM-1480 Column values in History Logs report are overlapping with adjacent columns when exported to PDF. Also, values from the "Information" column are being displayed in the "Host" column when exported to CSV.
  • IM-1425 Auto-configuration rules are not being run on Access Point device types when being added or repolled.
  • IM-1409 Tactical Overview widget fails to sort sites/categories with "All Hosts Down" to the top of the list, instead sending them to the bottom.
  • IM-1327 Script code being included in CSV output for Configured Alerts.
  • IM-1316 Long load times for dashboard and report pages causing 504 Errors.
  • IM-1288 Overview tab of Device Dashboard for Cisco/Aruba WLC devices fails to populate client count metrics.
  • IM-915 Service engine timeout for showing a device as "host down" after not receiving data is too short, causing normal operations to result in excessive host down situations.
  • IM-750 Network interface speeds on some devices are unexpectedly being changed from their proper speed to 100 Mbps.
