Netreo SaaS 10-06-2021 Release Notes

Netreo SaaS has been updated with the following changes:

Feature Updates

• IM-1506 Added WAN Dashboard Feature.
• IM-1398 Added Service Engine Pooling and Redundancy Feature.
• IM-1754 Updated Tag API to insert tag information into attribute for each device
• IM-1601 Added engine server IP address to dropdown list in debug log options.
• IM-1582 Added report logic to return bandwidth values and percentage when user request percentage stats.

Issues Resolved

• IM-1874 "Validated" and "Not Validated" devices are not being displayed for selection on the "Site Administration" page when the "Everything" dropdown option is selected.
• IM-1825 Business workflow health percentage in the "Business Workflows Overview" dashboard widget displaying incorrect percentage values.
• IM-1814 Availability engine crashes when there are wide-characters included in service check commands.
• IM-1795 Site status not being properly updated in UI after changing.
• IM-1794 Interface tags assigned to an interface are being removed if that interface goes down.
• IM-1783 Bulk device deletion in Device Management results in internal server error when non-adjacent table entries are selected.
• IM-1779 "Site Status" displaying as up even when all devices in site are in a down state.
• IM-1732 Top Conversation data is not being displayed in "Traffic" dashboard widget.
• IM-1687 Current Outage Report when emailed in CSV format fails to show all strategic groups for a device.
• IM-1656 VMware poller stops processing when an error is encountered instead of creating a debug log entry and continuing to process all records.
• IM-1655 "SNMP System Uptime Check" service check has stopped working after update to version 12.2.36.
• IM-1626 "Un-scaled" option for performance graphs fails to un-scale graph when activated.
• IM-1606 Disk, Memory and CPU threshold grouping is missing in device templates for "Service Engine" device type.
• IM-1477 SSL certificate age service check behaves incorrectly when spaces are used in the common name.
• IM-1416 Device type not being updated for devices added through Wireless Lan Controller poller.
• IM-915 Service engine timeout for showing a device as "host down" after not receiving data is too short, causing normal operations to result in excessive host down situations.
