Netreo SaaS has been updated with the following changes:

Feature Updates

  • IM-112 New device dashboard personality for Meraki device type. (No action required by customer. Existing devices will automatically show new dashboard after update.)

Issues Resolved

  • IM-1252 Service Checks on devices not assigned to a Service Engine don't create incidents
  • IM-1251 Service Checks for Windows Services aren't creating incidents
  • IM-1228 CSV inventory report is separating the location into multiple columns if it contains commas
  • IM-1213 Category links in Tactical Overview widget incorrectly link to site dashboards
  • IM-1207 Add new custom map using .bmp file is giving database error.
  • IM-1201 Service State History showing the wrong time format when system preference set to international
  • IM-1196 Auto-configuration detection model incorrectly sets remote poller value for device
  • IM-1183 Create new device type fails on form entry
  • IM-1166 Some performance graphs show incorrect time values
  • IM-1156 Top Talkers report - UI elements overlapping in tag grouping option
  • IM-1155 Duplicate devices from candidate engine are adding duplicate attributes
  • IM-1145 When searching for device names that do not exist, the Netreo mobile app search function returns empty device pages that include blank Overview, Services and Performance tabs.
  • IM-1136 Device Attributes multi-pair delete button fails to delete the pairs
  • IM-1135 Under certain circumstances "Add New Custom Dashboard" function creates incorrect dashboard name
  • IM-1126 A newly deployed remote agent does not display Microsoft 365 performance metrics
  • IM-1042 Geographic Maps in Custom Dashboard are getting set to maximum zoom by default
  • IM-1033 Unable to use more than one variable in a Top Talkers widget in a custom dashboard
  • IM-956 Wireless LAN Controller poller doesn't support service engines.
  • IM-915 Service engine timeout to show a device as host down after not receiving data too short - normal operations causing excessive host down situations.
  • IM-897 Manual "close incident" script fails
  • IM-767 Timezone: UTC was left out of the pulldown on the network configuration page
  • IM-705 Under certain circumstances, when using the Configuration Push tool, the username field does not get populated in the Configuration Push table
  • IM-687 CSV import with parent details included is not updating the Parenting of the device
  • IM-494 Test ServiceNow button on Learn From Service Now CMDB page is not working.
