Netreo SaaS 06-10-2021 Release Notes

Update: June 10, 2021

Netreo SaaS has been updated with the following changes:

Feature Updates

• IM-1119 Shorten Service Engine data update interval to one minute.
• IM-819 Update TWAMP UI to Revision 2.
• IM-986 Create new MySQL Check by Query (Service Check)

Issues Resolved

• IM-1174 Devices are still in maintenance window after ended manually by user
• IM-1170 Threshold History- An internal server error occurred.
• IM-1167 Device Admin: Threshold checks are not working
• IM-1164 InfluxDB retention policy is not being run
• IM-1158 Getting data tables warning error on Service tab for newly added devices.
• IM-1147 SaaS landing page is always "Netreo Cloud Initialization Wizard" even though it has devices added already.
• IM-1146 SE's Host status is DOWN in Netreo, but they are UP in network.
• IM-1137 Linux Memory Utilization Stats does show up on Device Overview dashboard for "Linux RedHat7/Net-SNMP" devices
• IM-1131 Device dashboard Services tab takes a long time to load service history.
• IM-1130 Downloading a device type from the Device Type Cloud Library is producing an "Error during device type installation" error.
• IM-1127 Spell mistake in the create time-frame response "Times must be in 00:00-00:00 format and be separated by a new line"
• IM-1125 Traffic Widget, Traffic Exporters and Conversation Reports are empty after updating to 12.2.36c
• IM-1122 Time Frames is not accepting more than 3 or 4 durations
• IM-1110 OTC NetFlow applications do not specify that the DOMAIN field is a regular expression field or validate the input.
• IM-1107 Editing the Top Talkers widget in a custom dashboard has poor performance.
• IM-1105 Custom report recipient email field no longer supports the ampersand (&) special character.
• IM-1104 Following a hyperlink to Netreo no longer takes you to the specified page after logging in.
• IM-1103 Advanced Reports that are emailed do not respect interface tags.
• IM-1094 "Device Onboarding" property in Auto Configuration Parameters currently labeled as "Invalidated" - should be "Not Validated"
• IM-1083 Devices discovered by NetFlow do not update the status of the "Traffic" field of the Device Management dashboard with a checkmark.
• IM-1081 SNMP Trap messages sent to Service Engines are not displaying on primary deployment.
• IM-1064 Device import to SaaS using CSV is not adding devices in a new deployment.
• IM-1048 SaaS user accounts are email addresses, but Netreo doesn't let you use "@" or include the email address when creating the account.
• IM-1046 Traffic Widget in the Consolidated dashboard takes a long time to load and sometimes does not load at all.
• IM-1039 Microsoft 365 service panel never finishes loading in SaaS.
• IM-1004 Category names that consist solely of numbers cause Tactical Overview widget to not load properly.
• IM-999 Update the appliance names to be more meaningful while initializing HA with different clock settings.
• IM-956 Wireless LAN Controller poller doesn't support service engines.
• IM-912 Update OpsGenie webhook to work with newer perl modules
• IM-902 Unable to poll vCenter when non-ascii characters are returned in dataset.
• IM-886 On some Hyper-V hosts, the guest devices are not getting added to Netreo.
• IM-869 Custom dashboard admin screen is not correctly sorting dashboards alphabetically.
• IM-856 SSH access cannot be disabled.
• IM-855 Conversation Report missing from built-in reports in SaaS.
• IM-851 AIOps "Device Type Check" is returning superfluous information in the status message when run.
• IM-821 Add missing AIOps plugins to Netreo SaaS
• IM-817 "Turn Event Logging On/Off" and "Turn Scheduled Configuration Checks On/Off" submenus missing in "Change Devices" menu.
• IM-807 Clicking on an incident in an "Active Incidents" dashboard widget installed in a category dashboard results in an error message.
• IM-790 Duplicate "Windows Service Status Check" being added for the same service.
• IM-781 Button to delete attributes in Device Attribute Administration is labeled "Delete Device"
• IM-743 Device grouping options are not showing after importing device from CSV with site name that includes comma(,).
• IM-692 Device templates are not getting applied to devices when devices are imported from CSV.
• IM-688 Importing CSV with multiple "Host Alert Contacts" is adding only one contact.
• IM-664 AIOps: Unable to update the remedy preference for models.
• IM-631 Duplicate entries for subnets exist in the same site within the Site Administration page.
• IM-494 Test ServiceNow button on Learn From Service Now CMDB page is not working.
• IM-442 Service Engine is updating automatically after primary updates; however, version number is not displayed correctly in U.I.
• IM-272 Top Talkers dashboard widget narrow option has misaligned data display.
• IM-63 Alert time frame administration don't have any validation for entered times
