Netreo SaaS has been updated with the following changes:

Feature Updates

  • IM-5048 The hyperlinks on the Site Status Summary dashboard widget now navigate to a page with more relevant details related to the site’s status
  • IM-5872 Notification log enhancements
  • IM-6535 The Netreo user interface now uses the same loading icon for all widgets on all pages
  • IM-7177 Failing service checks for Microsoft Office365 now display the exception/reason for failure
  • IM-7296 Search results from Netreo’s global search are now categorized into separate device, instance, and interface results

Issues Resolved

  • IM-6685 Showing QoS metrics for policy maps that are no longer applied to interfaces
  • IM-6826 Service engines sporadically showing host down status after HA sync is initialized 
  • IM-6960 QoS tab still included on Device Dashboard after subtype has been removed from device
  • IM-7137 Mass discovery poll not completing on devices imported with invalid characters in device names
  • IM-7153 Incident management rule breaks when both IF and ELSEIF conditions are true
  • IM-7165 Extended ASCII characters are not supported in performance graphs
  • IM-7307 SAA packet loss metric not graphing values of 0 causing the graph to appear to be missing data
  • IM-7319 There are gaps in performance data for interfaces on Linux (SNMP) devices
  • IM-7326 Site status showing as impaired when interface using tag "site-backup-failover" is down
  • IM-7339 Default service engine device type icon is not available after icon has been changed
  • IM-7371 Active Incidents "Time View" details are unreadable when using dark mode
  • IM-7391 SNMP device repoll failing when there are special characters in the community string
  • IM-7393 Custom report schedule entries are difficult to view in dark mode and have missing options
  • IM-7395 Microsoft 365 Insight not displaying response time for Yammer service
  • IM-7420 Windows service status checks are failing to be added to devices by device templates
  • IM-7439 Unable to perform credential test for IPv6 addresses using Credential & Connectivity Test tool
  • IM-7470 No incident created for interface status service check alarm
