Netreo SaaS has been updated with the following changes:

Issues Resolved

  • IM-4131 Device administration SNMP test tool produces empty response if device is managed by a service engine that is currently host down
  • IM-4707 Excessively long load times for Instances tab of device administration page
  • IM-4735 Wireless access point devices not being added to Netreo through wireless LAN controller as expected
  • IM-4736 Windows server devices producing 524 Timeouts under certain conditions when selecting Performance tab on Device Dashboard
  • IM-4737 The alarms cleared incident status is lasting longer than the configured default timing of 5 minutes
  • IM-4748 Incident renotifications are failing to be sent for critical incidents configured to send them
  • IM-4821 Host Availability Report showing different time frames in HTML and PDF versions
  • IM-4833 Incidents losing connections to associated devices resulting in incident status errors
