OmniCenter maintenance release 12.1.8 is now available with the following changes:
Bug Fixes
- Fixed a bug causing a database error in custom reports.
- Fixed a bug where an active alarm on a device in a maintenance window would cause alerts to be sent if another maintenance window was scheduled to begin immediately after the first.
- Fixed a bug that prevented some custom dashboard widget drop-down selectors from displaying items in alphanumeric order.
- Fixed a bug that caused the banner displayed over the device dashboard when a device is automatically disabled by OmniCenter to persist after the device was re-enabled.
- Fixed a bug where the browser scrollbar was missing from the layout section of the custom dashboard builder when the OmniCenter color theme (in user preferences) was set to "Dark."
- Fixed a bug in the bandwidth graphs for VeloCloud Edge devices where the percent utilized value was not being displayed.
- Fixed a bug in service checks manually created and added to devices via the device dashboard that limited the number of characters in the description field, causing part of the description to be cut off at the end. The field now accepts 255 characters and displays properly.
- Fixed a bug where the {INCIDENT_URL} macro was including a superfluous backslash in the URL causing the resulting link to not work.
- Fixed a bug in Bandwidth Analysis reports where an interface with a speed override was incorrectly displaying the original interface speed and not the override speed.
- Fixed a bug that could cause vCenter polling to crash under certain conditions.
- Fixed a bug in traffic applications where applications with a host definition applied were not having traffic correctly associated with them.
- Fixed a bug where device names were being displayed incorrectly in the OmniCenter audit log under certain conditions.
- Fixed a bug where host down recovery alerts were not being sent out under certain conditions.
- Fixed a bug in the global search results where clicking the edit button for a strategic group would produce a 404 error.
- Fixed a bug on the configuration push CSV upload page where pressing the Enter button on the keyboard after entering a search term in the global search box causes the page to attempt to execute the upload CSV function instead of the search function.
- Fixed a bug in the Looking Glass WMI test where a test failure would be indicated as a success.
- Fixed a bug in the Instances tab of the device configuration dashboard were the template lock release is not displayed correctly when viewing all thresholds.
- Fixed a bug in license administration where an internal server error would be produced while licensing OmniCenter.
- Fixed a bug related to the Inventory report where some inventory details were left blank for devices using SNMPv3.
Feature Improvements
- Greatly improved global search performance for device and interface tags.
- The Device Note section of the Host Information panel on the device dashboard now automatically expands to accommodate long notes.
New Features
- OmniCenter SuperAdmins can now choose to display time values in US or international format.
