Netreo SaaS 11-01-2023 Release Notes

Netreo SaaS has been updated with the following changes:

Feature Updates

• IM-2452 Device Template Administration now shows specific device types affected by added threshold checks
• IM-6000 Authentication Domain field in Overview configuration removed for deprecation
• IM-6101 Service engines may no longer be deleted from Netreo if devices are still assigned to them, preventing orphaned devices

Issues Resolved

• IM-5916 Escalate At (Renotifications) count is not properly observed in some cases
• IM-5971 Check Interface Status service check is not going to critical state when interface is down
• IM-6110 flexiWAN devices fail to display engine type in Candidates table of Device Management Interrogation page
• IM-6128 Incidents not closing after primary alarm has recovered and devices for related alarms are deleted
• IM-6137 Devices fail to be added through ServiceNow CMDB discovery after update to 2023.1.34
• IM-6141 Host information panel on the Device Dashboard Overview tab always shows 0% uptime for "Previous Month" field
• IM-6144 Several reports experiencing duplicate entries in OPTION dropdown when editing filter after running report
• IM-6154 Device statuses fail to be updated in the Tactical Overview widget under certain circumstances
• IM-6156 Looking Glass Test WMI with empty query field produces an internal server error
• IM-6159 Threshold History Report is not showing any results if selected grouping value is Category
• IM-6194 Device Dashboard Overview tab status area showing incorrect aggregate count of monitoring checks
• IM-6207 Getting "Timeout exceeded when trying to execute alert method." for threshold incidents in Information column of Notification Log
• IM-6215 Interface count for VM devices on Device Dashboard Performance tab is not the same as on the Device Administration Instances tab
• IM-6228 Devices coming out of maintenance window not sending alerts for still active alarms
• IM-6250 Incident titles are displayed twice in incident search results
