Netreo SaaS has been updated with the following changes:

• IM-3924 Conversation Report is now downloadable as a CSV file.

• IM-4156 Current Outage report doesn't work when added to custom report with CSV format.
• IM-4146 Number of remote agents configured with Microsoft 365 elements are shown incorrectly on Microsoft 365 Insight dashboard.
