Netreo SaaS has been updated with the following changes:

Feature Updates

  • IM-5741 Service check status history now includes configuration options for displaying only HARD states, only SOFT states, or both
  • IM-5742 Service check status history now defaults to 50 entries (was previously 10)
  • IM-5770 Conversation Report now includes total in and out volume for each exporter
  • IM-5798 Optional polling for Windows-based devices now available through WinRM TCP/5986
  • IM-5876 Netreo now displays a global banner message when its alerting capability is non-functional

Issues Resolved

  • IM-3648 VMware vCenter device type configured for 10-minute polling interval polling at 5-minutes
  • IM-4314 Bandwidth dashboard widget may be configured using interface tags created on Windows devices, but the widget cannot use those tags and so fails to load
  • IM-5243 Devices Under Management list contains no data when emailed as a PDF file
  • IM-5365 Interface names for Alcatel devices not displaying as expected

  • IM-5864 Log Search CSV is empty when emailed from custom report
  • IM-5869 Add Custom Map dialog allows saving map configuration without filling in required fields, resulting in an internal server error
  • IM-5870 CSV and PDF custom report attachments fail to be included in emailed report
  • IM-5896 Incident Summary reports generated on the first day of the month report the average incidents value as zero
  • IM-5906 Device with no response from interfaces is showing database exception on Performance tab of Device Dashboard
  • IM-5909 Custom dashboard displaying interface performance data shows only "No response" in widgets
  • IM-5910 OmniCenter device type has no value set for "String To Match" in its default configuration
