Netreo SaaS has been updated with the following changes:
Feature Updates
- IM-5413 Active interfaces will no longer be filtered on rediscovery if they become operationally down but are still administratively up
- IM-5534 Added external link icons to the names of managed devices which are Netreo client systems being monitored by a Netreo Overview. The icon opens the client system web user interface in a new browser tab
- IM-5768 API key icons added to Service Engine Group Administration to allow viewing of individual service engine API keys for each group
Issues Resolved
- IM-3728 Business Workflows widget shows only one column in rainbow-style mode regardless of screen size if placed into a 50% width column
- IM-3942 Incident Management Report column label changed from "Alarm Date" to "Alarm Triggered At"
- IM-4860 Tactical Overview widget should indicate plural "All Hosts Down"
- IM-5692 "Suppress Alarms Incident" closes while still containing active related alarms
- IM-5700 Services state log shows messages with duplicated text in polling failure checks for Windows devices
- IM-5705 Custom report fails to complete creation of PDF and hangs under certain conditions
- IM-5759 Incident Dashboard Active List View failing to load and producing a DataTables warning
- IM-5771 UI fails to update display of selected devices in bulk device selection dialogs when additional devices are added to the list
- IM-5775 Names for cloud services (Azure, Meraki, Google) fail to save correctly when updated on the Cloud Monitoring Administration page
- IM-5781 Incident Management Report is unable to export to CSV after sending a report by email
- IM-5782 Text entries for configuration of device templates are being modified with additional characters when saved
- IM-5805 Excessive delays in processing threshold incidents
- IM-5806 Threshold check incident acknowledgement uses the same email subject as incident open
- IM-5810 Percentile Report is showing "Unknown" for report time when the selected quick time value is "Last 2 Hours"
- IM-5812 Netreo remote agent uninstall script is not added to "Installed Programs" list during installation
- IM-5886 Unable to view all configuration pushes when clicking on the "+x more" link in Config Manager calendar view
