Netreo SaaS 08-09-2023 Release Notes

Netreo SaaS has been updated with the following changes:

Feature Updates

• IM-5346 Test button for sys_class added to ServiceNow CMDB filter configuration
• IM-5706 When manually adding a device in SaaS, a remote poller is now selected by default
• IM-5727 Removed entry for Scale Computing from service engine download screen

Issues Resolved

• IM-5571 Devices that have their IP address changed after being auto-disabled continue to display the "Auto Disabled" banner after being re-enabled
• IM-5679 Service check status is failing to update
• IM-5712 Incidents API returns empty list although multiple active incidents exist
• IM-5730 Test ServiceNow output of response does not display closing brackets for large records
• IM-5731 Unable to run SNMPv3 credentials test for SNMPv3 authNoPriv security type
• IM-5738 After device firmware updated TWAMP metrics are no longer displayed
• IM-5740 Total count of interfaces displayed on Device Administration Instances tab does not match the total count of filtered interfaces
• IM-5774 Retrieving interface data returns 500 internal error on Overview tab of Device Dashboard
• IM-5780 Notification Logs report header is showing "Unknown" when selected quick time value is "Last 2 Hours"
• IM-5789 Problem Management Report calendar navigation buttons are not visible when configuring start and end days for custom times option
• IM-5791 Adding or deleting a remote agent from Remote Agent Administration is not captured in audit log
• IM-5830 Error message for pending service check in Services list of Device Dashboard does not include name of service check
