Netreo SaaS 07-26-2023 Release Notes

Netreo SaaS has been updated with the following changes:

Feature Updates

• IM-3336 There is now an option for mass deployment of the Netreo remote agent (using a silent install) for Windows devices
• IM-5284 There is now an option to download a remote agent package that automatically configures all required settings in Netreo
• IM-5347 Substantial increase in ServiceNow CMDB query performance
• Netreo virtual appliance deployments (including service engines) into Scale Computing HC3 environments are no longer supported

Issues Resolved

• IM-5563 QOS data graphs for Total Drops and Post Policy Class does not show interface descriptions
• IM-5611 Windows event logging rules failing to report on configured events
• IM-5625 SNMP System Uptime service check returning exception under certain conditions
• IM-5636 Additional "\" being added to domain field when device saving credentials
• IM-5646 Incident management is not sending scheduled email reports if selected grouping value is "Category"
• IM-5661 Unable to remove a device from a strategic group under certain conditions
• IM-5674 Meraki devices failing to collect performance statistics
• IM-5675 Device type not being set correctly during CSV import
• IM-5678 Audit Log fails to filter properly based on timestamp when the time format is "International"
• IM-5683 Audit logs filtering times incorrectly when using "Quick Times" option
• IM-5688 TWAMP Session Round Trip Latency graph is not populating the first few data points when zooming in
• IM-5689 Zooming into section of TWAMP session/bin does not always show 15 minute intervals
• IM-5690 TWAMP Bins are missing associated object name on Instances tab of Device Administration
• IM-5693 Virtualization Administration guest filter is adding additional "\" character when saved
• IM-5695 Calls to Incident Acknowledgement API intermittently failing to respond
• IM-5696 Incident Management Report field for "End Day" is labeled as "Start Day"
• IM-5713 Auto-Configuration Parameters Administration device exclusion filter allows invalid regular expression causing devices to not be added to Netreo
• IM-5718 Slack webhook action method does not show any error message for failed execution
• IM-5720 Advanced report PDF email attachment is showing database error message in place of graph data
• IM-5724 CMDB test output does not include error messages
• IM-5747 Incident view notification log details shows N/A in the description column for host down incidents
• IM-5769 Events log report shows severity as DEBUG instead of INFO for information level events
