Netreo SaaS 07-17-2024 Release Notes

Update: July 17, 2024

Netreo SaaS has been updated with the following changes:

Feature Updates

• IM-5669 If a device template applied to a managed device is removed from a device, all service checks added by that template will be disabled
• IM-5825 Netreo now performs additional deduplication logic using UUIDs if two different devices appear to have the same IP address
• IM-6551 Reverting from 1-minute polling back to 5-minute polling no longer causes performance data to fail to be written to the database (thus preventing historical performance data from being viewed in graphs). However, the databases for affected statistics are now rebuilt when reverting, deleting all previously collected data for that statistic
• IM-7182 The Netreo Acknowledgement API can now also unacknowledge incidents

Issues Resolved

• IM-7660 New REST-based Acknowledge API returning 200 code on error
• IM-7789 Not able to create a new remote agent
• Miscellaneous UI fixes
