Netreo SaaS 06-29-2022 Release Notes

Update: June 29, 2022

Netreo SaaS has been updated with the following changes:

Feature Updates

• IM-3581 Incident Management Report now defaults to being sorted by most recent.
• IM-3580 Incident Management Report now includes hyperlinks to incidents in incident titles.
• IM-3562 Add button to view API key in Service Engine Administration page
• IM-3528 Netreo SaaS can now monitor multiple Azure subscriptions.
• IM-3430 Microsoft 365 Insight now displays the M365 license name for the product name.
• IM-3007 Netreo user password validation now includes checks for common passwords  and passwords known to be easily guessed. (This release includes password changes made by an administrator. The next release will include password changes made by users.)

Issues Resolved

• IM-3689 There are gaps in the bandwidth graphs for several Velo Edge devices.
• IM-3673 Devices that are not validated are not showing up on device lists where they should.
• IM-3671 Specific device overview dashboard takes considerable time to load.
• IM-3660 Service engine selection in manual add does not update with changed service engine name.
• IM-3656 NOC view doesn't respect the geo clustering setting.
• IM-3638 Unable to save Oracle credentials.
• IM-3618 Windows poller for disk utilization has errors in titles.
• IM-3592 Incident Management report navigation showing for professional accounts when it should be restricted to enterprise accounts.
• IM-3591 Incident Management report is missing "All" in the drop down of filter choices for site, business workflow, and category.
• IM-3567 Timestamp inconsistent in generated report for both incident and problem management.
• IM-3566 Exchange DAG poller experiencing errors when trying to poll.
• IM-3531 Cloud resources run auto-configuration rules every time they are polled.
• IM-3526 VeloCloud Edge devices no longer polling link quality metrics.
• IM-3493 Output to CSV of the Bandwidth Analysis report includes devices that are missing when report is run using table output.
• IM-3487 Device Search API returning SNMP version as NULL.
• IM-3484 Service engine getting flagged by AIOps for missing statistics that should not be included in the service engine device type.
• IM-3276 "amp;" is added to WebART URL when creating synthetic checks for URLs that have "&" character.
• IM-3241 Log Search report doubles "" character in input box every update.
• IM-3156 404 error when clicking on the threshold health bar on business workflow dashboards.
• IM-3147 Remote poller option is missing from "Subnets" table of Site Administration page.
• IM-3103 Custom logo feature is accessible for professional accounts when it should be restricted to enterprise accounts.
