IMPORTANT NOTE
This release is available only to new Netreo SaaS customers deployed in the BMC Helix-hosted environment. Existing customers who have not yet had their deployments migrated to that environment will see the listed changes after their migration is complete. Migration of existing Netreo SaaS customers is scheduled to begin in July of 2025.
Netreo SaaS has been updated with the following changes:
Feature Updates
- [IM-8876] - Service engine traffic flow conversation aggregation frequency changed from 60 minutes to 5 minutes
- [IM-8890] - Remote agents are now specified as either M365 or Path Insight when created
- [IM-8891] - Path Insight dashboards now clearly identify each agent’s status as either online or offline
- [IM-9303] - All Netreo APIs now provide a proper status response code in case of failure
- [IM-9306] - Netreo now monitors EIGRP peers for "Briefly Not Established" and "Disappeared" states
- [IM-9495] - Users can now replace the map image in a custom map when editing

- [IM-8695] - Incident created for a device during a maintenance window
- [IM-8888] - HA replica and arbitrator intermittently experiencing SNMP no response after updating to 24.4.01
- [IM-9123] - Object links in the Top Talkers widget navigate to a different device than the link description
- [IM-9124] - The HOSTSTATE macro is incorrect in certain scenarios upon incident creation
- [IM-9231] - When user authentication is set to SAML users logging in as "administrator" are redirected to Microsoft website for login
- [IM-9237] - BGP peer status service check is not updating with the correct status
- [IM-9268] - Interface IP address for Fortinet Firewalls is adding an extra octet
- [IM-9288] - Custom Memory Utilization script poller not producing data
- [IM-9326] - Top Talkers report doesn't sort correctly when sorted by numerical values
- [IM-9364] - Thresholds set with negative values fail to display their indicator lines in performance graphs
- [IM-9373] - Unable to delete service engine from a service engine group under certain conditions
- [IM-9376] - Incident type is not getting updated in the notification log for acknowledged incidents
- [IM-9391] - Acknowledged incidents fail to update status in the Alarms column on the Active Incidents page
- [IM-9419] - Quotes are being stripped from PowerShell queries when PowerShell service checks are executed
- [IM-9431] - Filtering devices by site does not work when using the “Unknown” site
- [IM-9433] - "Create One-Time Maintenance Window" button not working in custom dashboard "Device" widgets
- [IM-9438] - Auto-discovery fails to add a new device even when credentials in device template work
- [IM-9448] - Some interfaces are not added to the Active Interface list
- [IM-9451] - Meraki host availability check showing all Meraki devices as unreachable
- [IM-9452] - Incident manual alerts with ACKNOWLEDGED flag fail with blackhole contact
- [IM-9472] - Javascript error when clicking “More Events” in Config Manager calendar
- [IM-9487] - Last Host Notification and Last Update in service check State Information popup are dated to 12/31/1969
- [IM-9496] - Max and Average Bandwidth values in Bandwidth Analysis report differs from the Device Overview values
- [IM-9503] - Remote agents with M365 functionality should not be displayed in Remote Agent Administration while creating a new Path insight
- [IM-9510] - Cisco "Configuration Save" service check getting re-added after being deleted
- [IM-9511] - Service engine System Diagnostics page shows error "Error on diagnostics backup check request."
- [IM-9519] - 'Change Password' field remains visible after enabling AD login in the user menu option
- [IM-9527] - QoS performance data is showing data for incorrect QoS index
- [IM-9535] - Copied table pollers are failing to change the poller name
- [IM-9543] - New Strategic Group creation ignores configuration toggles and enables both group type options
- [IM-9545] - Device Count in logging rules table is not correct
- [IM-9556] - Incident status column is empty in PDF version of the Incident Management Report
- [IM-9576] - Time Series API not filtering on statistical group
- [IM-9588] - Open Suppressed Alarms incident doesn't show on the active incidents page or in incident reports
- [IM-9608] - System Management tools listing "Engine Server" for Processes, Netreo Workers, and Grow Disk Size but no actions can be performed on it
- [IM-9619] - Interface details missing when SNMPv3 advanced privacy and authentication protocols are used
- [IM-9630] - Email now function for Top Talkers report is taking more than 10 minutes to send the email
- [IM-9631] - PDF version of Top Talkers report adds 3 blank pages to end of report
- [IM-9697] - Service check WARNING incidents are incorrectly closing automatically
- [IM-9767] - Incidents for service checks in the unknown state are incorrectly being closing automatically
