Netreo SaaS has been updated with the following changes:

• IM-1073 Adding one service engine consumes two device licenses
• IM-3198 Ping service check for Aruba access points showing very high OAM latency
• IM-4157 Under certain conditions SAA poller only collecting packet loss metric
• IM-4898 Incidents not closing properly causing created ServiceNow tickets to remain open after issue is resolved
• IM-4974 No data received when polling Velo Edge devices
• IM-5092 Fully configured devices only monitoring as ping devices
• IM-5169 Service tab of Device Dashboard doesn't load completely and produces a datatables warning
• IM-5195 Displayed threshold check configuration values for "Hard Drive Usage" differ between device template and Device Dashboard causing erroneous alerts
• IM-5198 Default "Unix/Linux Servers" strategic group is not editable due to special characters in its name
• IM-5205 Category names contain unwanted characters after creation if HTML entities are included in initial name
• IM-5208 Incident dashboard failing to load incidents and producing Ajax datatables error
• IM-5223 Ajax request being stored after session expiration and executed on next login of any user
• IM-5230 Device failing "Test SNMP" test but passing connectivity test for all service engines in a service engine group
• IM-5238 Active host down incidents fail to close when the Host and Service Monitoring flag is turned off for a device
• IM-5244 System Uptime service check is frequently entering the "unknown" state for short periods of time
• IM-5249 International date/time format not being displayed when selected
