Netreo SaaS 04-05-2023 Release Notes

Netreo SaaS has been updated with the following changes:

Feature Updates

• IM-4290 Re-notifications will no longer be sent for threshold check incidents when host is down, in maintenance, or not validated
• IM-5050 New API added for notification log searches
• IM-5054 New API added to invoke manual actions for incidents

Issues Resolved

• IM-4610 SQL metrics not being collected
• IM-4794 Incident macro <NOTIFICATIONTYPE> return values do not match documentation
• IM-4815 "\n" in SSH username for device is not correctly handled
• IM-4823 DPS is failed with error after applying Exchange DAG subtype
• IM-4928 Service engine "Polling Queue Overall" metric shows 0% even though the polling queue is backing up
• IM-4953 Autopilot not detecting auto-configuration rule failures
• IM-4975 Host Availability Report - device alert history data misaligned in CSV export due to comma in timestamp
• IM-5014 Threshold checks incorrectly stuck in critical state causing incidents to not clear
• IM-5025 User "Sign out" option navigates back to Consolidated dashboard instead of login page
• IM-5035 HP and Aruba switches are including garbage characters in the saved config
• IM-5068 Incident management rule IF changed to ACTION when saved and becomes uneditable
• IM-5081 Error message displayed when viewing some device dashboards on the Netreo mobile app
• IM-5086 Emailed reports are not sent if the report file size is greater than 7 MB
• IM-5088 Exporter devices not appearing in new replacement traffic collector service engine
• IM-5114 "Save This Map" button failing to save map for the Geographic Map widget
• IM-5126 WebART threshold check NOTIFICATION INTERVAL value being changed to ESCALATE AT value when saving check configuration
• IM-5140 Device Polling Status service check stuck in "Passive Check Initialized" state
• IM-5146 Netreo per-process poller for Windows servers is capturing only partial process name in display
• IM-5168 When calling the Multi-Device Time Series API for Windows devices Read/Write Queue metrics are not distinguishable in the result
• IM-5172 Threshold History PDF report right side extends past the edge of the page
• IM-5222 Metrics Dictionary API only displays one DS description when not specifying instance ID
