The January 11, 2024 and January 24, 2024 updates for Netreo have been released for SaaS only. There are no updates for on-premises deployments at this time. Expect the normal on-premises release schedule to resume with the next version update.

Update: January 11, 2024

Netreo SaaS has been updated with the following changes:

Feature Updates

  • IM-4130 A Netreo service engine that goes host down now creates incident, and all devices monitored by it have their related host down alarms bundled into that incident
  • IM-5080 Netreo’s Bootstrap frontend toolkit upgraded from version 3 to version 5
  • IM-6151 Device Search API now returns the serial number of the chassis if the device contains multiple hardware modules
  • IM-6198 Netreo now automatically re-polls dynamic device attributes on the same schedule as normal polling - no longer requiring a manual rediscovery to take effect

Issues Resolved

  • IM-6478 Adding multiple advanced interface filters incorrectly adds additional slashes to the final input filter
  • IM-6519 Windows servers not displaying network data in the Performance tab of the Device Dashboard
  • IM-6521 Service engines may be deleted using Mass Device Deletion page while devices are still assigned to them
  • IM-6584 Windows servers fail to display bandwidth OUT data in bandwidth graphs
  • IM-6588 Netreo is adding Windows servers using IP address as hostname even when it successfully queries a hostname
  • IM-6593 Advanced reports produce an internal server error when attempting to edit templates
  • IM-6599 Netreo SAML2.0 authentication with Azure SSO solution failing
  • IM-6687 Creating a new device type generates an internal server error
  • IM-6702 Tactical Overview widget fails to load data
