Netreo SaaS 01-11-2023 Release Notes

Netreo SaaS has been updated with the following changes:

Feature Updates

• IM-4241 Parent/child tableson the Host tab of the Device Administration page now display if a given parent/child device was auto-parented or manually parented by a user
• IM-4486 All references in the UI to service engines now use the service engine device name instead of description
• IM-4681 “Site” added to auto-configuration rules as an attribute-matching option.
• IM-4740 “Window Server - Standard” device type now available that does not include per-process polling
• IM-4299 UI update: Service engine management “Assign Devices to Remote Pollers/Collectors” button relabeled as "Assign Devices to Service Engines"

Issues Resolved

• IM-4206 Device Polling Status not updating the status as expected
• IM-4228 Microsoft 365 service checks doesn't return a meaningful message when it gets a 403 Forbidden error
• IM-4293 Oracle poller does not work with service engines
• IM-4303 "ping_disabled = 0" and "custom_only =0" when adding a VCO to Netreo
• IM-4371 Netreo incorrectly detecting managed device reboot
• IM-4391 Windows Event logs not processing and showing as unknown source in global search
• IM-4464 Complete debug polling: Showing the path of error in line instead of error message
• IM-4582 Configuration Compliance Report showing  different data in PDF format
• IM-4611 Removing last related type from a subtype returns internal service error
• IM-4628 Audit log difficult to search due to excessive “Enabling polling and monitoring due to powered on state” messages from VMware ESX host devices
• IM-4636 Netreo knowledge base article for Email Application Check is pointing to 404 URL in Microsoft 365 Insight admin
• IM-4640 Receiving internal server error when using the Get-Time-Series-Metrics API to get bandwidth data
• IM-4658 Custom map widget configuration is showing map ID
• IM-4664 Custom Dashboard: User able to load the page with random url
• IM-4670 Warning/Critical threshold (IN/OUT) color signs are not proper for network devices
• IM-4678 Singleton poller not displaying stats due to UI error for SNMP
• IM-4692 Top Talker reports not viewable in PDF (includes email attachment)
• IM-4727 New "Window Server - Standard" device type doesn't have any default related subtypes configured in polling administration page
• IM-4728 Conversation Report: Show total IN & OUT volume value is not same on pdf, HTML and email attachment
• IM-4730 Custom Map: Showing the pin ID when assignment is done for the pin
• IM-4769 Silver Peak devices not collecting performance data
