Netreo SaaS has been updated with the following changes:

Feature Updates

  • IM-5509 Cisco Viptela devices are now auto-discovered via the Cisco vManage controller
  • IM-5711 Cisco Viptela configuration moved to the Cloud Monitoring Administration page
  • IM-8249 Service checks can now be auto-disabled if they remain critical for a specific (configurable) length of time
  • IM-8309 The Business Workflow Incidents report can now be exported as a CSV file

Issues Resolved

  • IM-8320 Service engine group auto-configuration rules remove service engine associations when a service engine belongs to a service engine group
  • IM-8337 A site's timezone cannot be set back to default if a custom timezone has been selected
  • IM-8364 Certain map themes cause the Geographic Map to lose its background image
  • IM-8394 Browser tab title shows version "2024.1" instead of "24.4"
  • IM-8396 Newly added devices sporadically not polling
  • IM-8400 CRITICAL HARD alarms are not consistently creating incidents
  • IM-8404 Syslog and trap searches return no results
  • IM-8407 Host down doesn't trigger site status logic
  • IM-8412 Syslogs are not being sent to custom ports after updating
  • IM-8413 Audit log does not show manual changes to device remote poller
  • IM-8414 Devices with service engine groups assigned are not updated to a stand-alone service engine via CSV device import
  • IM-8419 Exclamation character (!) in service check configuration fields creates problems with configuration causing checks to fail
  • IM-8424 Audit log does not record when authentication type is changed
  • IM-8435 Metrics for skipped jobs flipped in Netreo core
  • IM-8436 Service engine group scanner is not displayed in the UI
  • IM-8437 Recovery alert notifications are not always generated when deleting a managed device
  • IM-8445 Device discovery running for newly deleted devices which changes Incident State Log
  • IM-8453 Setting auto-configuration to run at every repoll causes endless repeated rediscovery polls
  • IM-8533 Device update causes service engine reassignment and creates gaps in polling data
  • IM-8567 A recovery alert notification for an anomaly incident might be generated when it should not be
