Netreo 2024.1.6 Release Notes

Netreo release 2024.1.6 is now available with the following changes:

Feature Updates

• IM-91 AWS Elastic Load Balancer device type now collects latency statistic
• IM-4130 A Netreo service engine that goes host down now creates incident, and all devices monitored by it have their related host down alarms bundled into that incident
• IM-5080 Netreo’s Bootstrap frontend toolkit upgraded from version 3 to version 5
• IM-6086 New site status for site device groups allows for visualization of overall site health without the need to utilize a “dummy device”
• IM-6151 Device Search API now returns the serial number of the chassis if the device contains multiple hardware modules
• IM-6198 Netreo now automatically repolls dynamic device attributes on the same schedule as normal polling - no longer requiring a manual rediscovery to take effect
• IM-6355 Individual services from Microsoft 365 can now be selected for monitoring
• IM-6426 The Top Talkers widget may now optionally be configured to sort bandwidth utilization of tagged interfaces by percentage rather than byte volume

• IM-6072 Bandwidth data showing repeating spikes in graph data
• IM-6239 IPv6 devices report host down while PING status reports as OK
• IM-6361 Scheduled discovery polls fail to run for groups of devices larger than 200
• IM-6367 Meraki poller failing to run with an error referencing specific network ID
• IM-6370 Mail logs reporting fatal errors
• IM-6450 Threshold limits displayed below graphs fail to auto-convert units of values to Kilo or Mega when threshold values are too high
• IM-6478 Adding multiple advanced interface filters incorrectly adds additional slashes to the final input filter
• IM-6504 Threshold checks for logging rules are failing to create incidents 
• IM-6518 Device export CSV list is breaking due to formatting in some rows

• IM-6836 SID data for devices using the Oracle subtype cannot be properly added or edited
• IM-6842 Cloud-based resources are not polling correctly, resulting in gaps in data
• IM-6848 Unable to click current tab to reload it on the Device Administration page
• IM-6850 Overview dashboard widget no longer groups objects
• IM-6860 Pull-down menu for POLLING TYPE field on Device Administration page for Windows devices is misaligned
• IM-6872 Netreo login UI page footer displayed in duplicate
• IM-6879 Multiple dashboard widgets failing to load correctly after update to version 2024.1.2
• IM-6881 Disabled user accounts still fail to log in after being re-enabled by an administrator
• IM-6882 Option to select "Force Native PowerShell" is missing from Device Administration in Netreo version 2024.1.2
• IM-6897 Update OpsGenie Acknowledgement ITSM script so forwarding request is always https for SaaS
• IM-6911 Deleting more than one action at a time from an action group produces a database error
• IM-6915 "Top Conversation" information is not populating in the Traffic widget of the Consolidated Dashboard for CentOS6 systems
• IM-6937 Users that are members of nested Active Directory groups are unable to log in
• IM-6983 Netreo login UI page shows PHP error when an incorrect username is entered
