Netreo 2023.1.8 Release Notes

Netreo release 2023.1.8 is now available with the following changes:

(This update was originally released on February 22, 2023. It has since been amended with new fixes (IM-5047) and rereleased.)

Issues Resolved

• IM-4131 Device administration SNMP test tool produces empty response if device is managed by a service engine that is currently host down
• IM-4368 Replica license appliance in high availability deployment not replicating historical data exactly
• IM-4634 Emailed PDF of Current Outage Report missing most of report
• IM-4707 Excessively long load times for Instances tab of device administration page
• IM-4735 Wireless access point devices not being added to Netreo through wireless LAN controller as expected
• IM-4736 Windows server devices producing 524 Timeouts under certain conditions when selecting Performance tab on Device Dashboard
• IM-4737 The alarms cleared incident status is lasting longer than the configured default timing of 5 minutes
• IM-4748 Incident renotifications are failing to be sent for critical incidents configured to send them
• IM-4821 Host Availability Report showing different time frames in HTML and PDF versions
• IM-4833 Incidents losing connections to associated devices resulting in incident status errors
• IM-4851 Mysqld.log can grow large enough to fill up OS partition preventing execution of most commands as root user (appliance restart needed to apply to primary appliance and service engines)
• IM-4862 Weekly maintenance windows fail to suppress alerts when set to start at 00:00 hours
• IM-4868 Setting Date-Time format to International breaks Top Talkers report
• IM-4872 Service Engine Administration page Loggers table showing yes/no in LICENSE column instead of license status of Active/Inactive
• IM-4887 Memory statistics returned by the Metrics Dictionary API do not indicate which value is free memory and which value is used memory
• IM-4892 Graph image export functions produce an error when exporting
• IM-4901 Reports are showing different report times for HTML and PDF versions
• IM-4907 Max value for round-trip latency displayed in Performance Details dashboard widget different than value displayed in reports
• IM-4927 Invalid regular expression in threshold check configuration substring field causes database error when applying device templates to devices
• IM-4935 Updating a strategic group to include no devices produces "An internal server error occurred" message 
• IM-4937  Business Workflow Incidents report displays "TITLE" column header in lowercase in PDF version
• IM-4957 Threshold check configuration fields using regular expressions require additional escape characters to work properly
• IM-4971 Running a Host Availability Report results in "An internal server error occurred" message
• IM-4978 Attempting to initiate SSH sessions result in "Unable to spawn session" after update to Netreo version 2023.1.4
• IM-4984 Last Reboot Report generating a database error when devices are in a user partition
• IM-5002 Device discovery wizard Windows credentials test is failing with valid credentials
• IM-5047 Alert notifications being sent after alerting has been disabled globally
