Netreo 2023.1.28 Release Notes

Netreo release 2023.1.28 is now available with the following changes:

Feature Updates

• IM-5345 Enhancement to ServiceNow CMDB “Test ServiceNow” button: New test option for test by SYS_CLASS_NAME, along with more robust and useful test output messages
• IM-5483 New webhook retries and logging processes: Webhooks will now retry 3 times, with errors logged to the associated incident

Issues Resolved

• IM-5310 Device Polling Status service check is not updating the timestamp of the last state change when a host goes down
• IM-5496 Extra white space in IP address causes Device Polling Status service check to fail
• IM-5506 Incident Management Report missing calendar navigation to browse earlier or later months when configuring start and end days for custom times option
• IM-5516 No way to remove a basic interface filter applied to a device by a device template if the template is no longer used on that device
• IM-5554 Connectivity test fails for SNMPv3 if V3 PRIVACY ALGORITHM is set to "None"
• IM-5573 Alarm dates are inconsistent between PDF and HTML versions of the Incident Management Report
• IM-5579 Long URLs for custom menu items in Custom Menu Administration overrun the UI container
• IM-5590 Save button tooltip labeled as "Edit" in Site Administration / Subnets table
• IM-5592 "STRING TO MATCH" fields missing from Meraki device type configuration
• IM-5605 Updating Netreo web user configuration from Users Administration page removes IDP user flag
• IM-5607 Inconsistent singular/plural field names in Notification Log API
• IM-5622 Emailed custom report CSV files include extra binary NUL characters throughout report
• IM-5624 Cloud Libraries showing no available items to download when Cloud Services is active
• IM-5626 Exporting performance graphs to PDF or PNG returning “Error while converting SVG.”
• IM-5641 Virtualization Report PDF is showing database error messages in place of histogram outputs
• IM-5653 Monthly Uptime Report PDF is failing to filter data for users in a user partition
• IM-5654 Configured time displayed in Bandwidth Analysis report header shows as "Last Hour" when selected timing option is "Custom Times"
• IM-5655 Audit Log email message content differs from what is set in the "MESSAGE" field of the report configuration
• IM-5656 Incident Management Report is failing to filter data for users in a user partition
• IM-5676 Topology Map display is not centered when navigated to
• IM-5677 Site Status Summary dashboard widget displays poorly when used with a narrow/wide dashboard column
• IM-5680 Professional license fails to allow any remote pollers to be added to Netreo deployment
• IM-5703 Unable to install device type from Cloud Library if it already exists in Netreo
