Netreo 2022.1.37 Release Notes

Netreo release 2022.1.37 is now available with the following changes:

Issues Resolved

• IM-4165 The Netreo team has observed an issue in the prior release (2022.1.36), which may result in service checks not creating incidents under certain circumstances. Service checks that are impacted by this issue are platform dependent and may be passive service checks, such as WebART and EmailART checks and service checks that are associated with devices managed by service engines.

It is recommended that any customers that updated their Netreo system to 2022.1.36 immediately update to 2022.1.37 to resolve this issue. No action is required for customers on older versions.

Note: After updating, customers may see alerts for issues that arose after the update to 2022.1.36 that were not being raised during this time period. This is expected behavior.

Customers are able to update their systems by navigating to Administration > System > Updates, or by request to Netreo Support. Please contact Netreo Support if you would like help updating or if you have any questions about this release.
