Netreo 2022.1.22 Release Notes

Netreo maintenance release 2022.1.22 is now available with the following changes:

Feature Updates

• IM-3348 Juniper router device type now includes BGP monitoring using IPv6 addressing.
• IM-3315 New report type - Problem Management Report that allows searching for recurring incidents with a variety of search criteria and supports CSV export.
• IM-3314 New report type - Incident Management Report that allows searching for incidents by a variety of criteria and supports CSV export.

Issues Resolved

• IM-3534 Wrong credentials are being applied to devices.
• IM-3497 Recurring date in report title showing incorrectly in Problem Management page. (exclude from release notes)
• IM-3486 Incident Management Report doesn't include incidents opened in custom times timeframe.
• IM-3485 Problem Management report is producing a data tables error when running the report. (exclude from release notes)
• IM-3415 Looking Glass commands failing with parse error.
• IM-3401 ITSM state is not showing up on the Incident View page.
• IM-3400 Information is missing on certain Cisco devices under Host Information.
• IM-3399 Windows devices not being assigned to the correct type on repoll if the type is blank.
• IM-3394 NetFlow doesn't work in certain scenarios.
• IM-3383 Memory Utilization widget in device dashboards for newly created device types is showing 0%.
• IM-3353 "Suppress Alarms" incident contains a primary alarm, which it shouldn't.
• IM-3304 Querying classes using Test WMI looking glass command on windows devices is showing results where values from the different columns are not matching up.
• IM-3294 Data in graph and table of Top Talkers report are inconsistent with each other.
• IM-3293 Copying a poller from one device type to another does not copy the suffix value.
• IM-3240 Buttons missing for some custom reports when sections are previewed.
• IM-3239 Incident Summary report header is not displayed if viewed as PDF.
• IM-3234 Dropdown values for "Name Equals" in Top Talker's Device Attribute filter field not alphabetized.
• IM-3226 String to Match field in device type edit page doubles \ character on every update for \d (digit) regex match.
• IM-3211 Duplicate data returned when using device-performance-api.
• IM-3202 Duplicate entry Mysql errors.
• IM-3142 Device Management tables are taking longer than usual to load.
• IM-3104 Logo add-on "Powered by Netreo" is becoming misaligned when clicking on hamburger menu.
• IM-3055 Unreachable devices are showing up as green in device dashboard.
• IM-3036 New device template creation fails when a password contains double quotes (").
